Welcome to Jeff H Travel. By purchasing products through our website or online store, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products

Jeff H Travel offers apparel, artwork, photography-based products, and other merchandise. Product images are provided for illustration and promotional purposes. Because products may be manufactured through third-party print-on-demand providers, slight variations in color, placement, texture, or appearance may occur.

Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Products are made to order and fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand production partners. Production and shipping times may vary depending on the product, destination, production volume, and circumstances outside of Jeff H Travel's control.

Estimated production and shipping information will be provided to customers when available.

Orders and Product Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, measurements, size charts, colors, options, and other product information before placing an order.

Once an order has been submitted for production, cancellation or modification may not be possible because products are made to order.

Apparel Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size before placing an order. Please review the applicable size chart carefully.

Jeff H Travel is not responsible for an incorrect size selected by the customer. This does not limit any rights a customer may have regarding merchandise that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or with a significant manufacturing or printing issue, please contact Jeff H Travel within 30 days of receiving the order.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

• A brief description of the issue

Jeff H Travel may work with the applicable print-on-demand provider to investigate and resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances and the provider's policies, an eligible claim may result in a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Shipping Delays

Estimated shipping and production times are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

If an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe represented at the time of purchase, Jeff H Travel will provide appropriate notice and, where required by applicable law, offer the customer the option to accept a revised shipping timeframe or cancel the order for a refund.

Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is provided separately and forms part of these Terms of Sale.

Customers should review the Shipping & Returns Policy before completing a purchase.

Any return, refund, replacement, or exchange will be handled according to the applicable policy and applicable consumer-protection laws.

Photography, Artwork & Copyright

All original photographs, artwork, designs, graphics, and other creative content displayed or incorporated into Jeff H Travel products are protected by applicable copyright laws.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, no photograph, artwork, design, image, graphic, product design, or other content belonging to Jeff H Travel or its respective creators may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, published, or commercially used.

AI-Generated Promotional Images

Some promotional images may contain AI-generated models or other digitally created elements. AI-generated models are used for advertising and visualization purposes only and do not necessarily represent an actual person wearing the product.

Product specifications and actual product photographs, where provided, should be relied upon for product details rather than the appearance of an AI-generated model.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jeff H Travel is not responsible for losses or damages arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party manufacturing or fulfillment delays, carrier delays, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

Jeff H Travel reserves the right to update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
